A professional product for impregnating Grout lines, preventing staining from water, oil and grease based spills.

Grout Impregnator with its New Resin Technology™ produces an invisible protective shield to grout lines, helping to prevent staining from water, oil & grease spillages, making cleaning and maintenance considerably easier, helping the grout lines to stay clean for longer.

Grout Impregnator is particularly useful in kitchens, utility areas, bathrooms, shower rooms, dining rooms and all other areas where spillages may occur.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Invert container before use - Ensure the area to be treated is clean and free from dust and dirt. Should the grout require cleaning, use Professional Grout Cleaner.  rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly before applying Grout Impregnator™

Apply using a syringe, pipette or sponge; apply a thin and even coat to the grout lines. 

Remove any excess product from surrounding tiles with a clean dry cloth and allow to dry before applying a second or third coat if necessary.

PRODUCT ADVICE:  Ensure under floor heating is turned off and allow floor to cool prior to application.  Test product for any colour change in an inconspicuous area before use

COVERAGE: Approx. 10-20 sq mtrs per litre on highly absorbent grouting and up to 45 sq mtrs on less absorbent grouting

DRYING TIME: May vary from floor to floor; product should be touch dry after 2-3 hours, and fully cured within 24-36hours

MAINTENANCE: Regular maintenance should be undertaken using Professional Grout Cleaner.
