The Professionals choice for impregnating natural & manmade tiles.  Stain-Gard SB (Impregnator), with its New Advanced Resin-Technology™ forms an invisible, protective shield on the surface and penetrates deep into the stone, to help prevent staining from both water and oil based spills.

Stain-Gard SB (Impregnator) will help prevent permanent staining of surfaces by repelling daily spills, dirt and grime, making cleaning and maintenance considerably easier, helping to prevent premature replacement of the tiles.

Stain-Gard SB (Impregnator) can be used on terrazzo, travertine, sandstone, limestone, brick sets, York stone, amalgamated stone, slate, un-glazed Ceramic tiles and is particularly useful in kitchens, utility areas, bathrooms, shower rooms, dining rooms and all other areas where spillages may occur.

COVERAGE:  Approx. 20-45 sq mtrs per litre (20-50ml per sq mtr) on polished/less absorbant surfaces.  10-20 sq mtrs per litre on absorbant surfaces (50-100 ml per sq metre)

PRODUCT ADVICE:  Ensure under floor heating is turned off and cooled prior to application to prevent premature drying.  Test product for suitable colour change or enhancement on a spare tile or in an inconspicuous area.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:  Invert container before use - Use only in a well ventilated area. 

The surface to be treated must be clean, free from any residues dust and dirt. If required, use Wax & Residue Remover prior to application

Using a clean dry cloth, applicator, sponge, brush or roller, apply a thin and even coat over the area to be treated, when dry apply a second coat (more absorbent surfaces may require additional coats). 

Wait until most of the product has been absorbed and use Stain-Gard SB applied by cloth to remove any excess product; buff up and polish areas with a clean cloth

DRYING TIME:  May vary from floor to floor; product should be touch dry after 1-3 hours, and fully cured within 24-36 hours
 
MAINTENANCE:  After applying Stain-Gard SB and to ensure your floors durability and “new look”, it is vitally important to Clean and Maintain at regular intervals with Professional Care & Maintainer.
