This new and highly advanced specially formulated product is a professional after-care cleaner/maintainer for terracotta floors.  Designed to cut through and remove general dirt and soils with ease.  It leaves a natural looking sheen to enhance the stone’s colours and appearance.  

Terracotta Cleaner & Maintainer uses the latest advanced surfactant technology and natural plant extracts for greater in-depth cleaning.  This product leaves a slight sheen finish after cleaning to help improve the natural appearance of the tiles.  Helps to safe guard against staining and provides increased anti-slip properties.

Regular cleaning using Terracotta Cleaner & Maintainer will enhance colours and the natural appearance of the tiles, by slowly producing thin layers of coating producing a soft sheen finish.

PRODUCT ADVICE:  Always test product in an inconspicuous place before use. For best results, use after flooring has been sealed with Terracotta Sealer, or  Terracotta Hi-Gloss Liquid Wax.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:  Invert container before use - For routine or daily maintenance Dilute 1 part to 10 parts clean warm water and use a clean mop or sponge, clean in the normal way.  Do not rinse after use.  For heavier soiled floors we recommend using  Hi-Active Stone Cleaner.

MAINTENANCE:  When used as a daily or routine cleaner, a noticeable protective sheen will build up over a period of time.  This finish may be buffed up by hand or periodically burnished using a burnishing machine.
