Terracotta Impregnator is a unique and professional strength Water Based impregnator, specially formulated for impregnating Terracotta Tiles, Clay Slabs, and un-glazed made tiles preventing staining from water and oil based spills. 

Using New Advanced Resin-Technology™, it produces an invisible and highly protective shield, both within the stone and on the surface.

Terracotta Impregnator will help prevent the stone from becoming stained, repelling daily dirt and grime, making cleaning and maintenance considerably easier, helping to prevent premature replacement.

Particularly useful in kitchens, utility areas, bathrooms, shower rooms, dining rooms and all other areas where spillages may occur.

COVERAGE:  Approx. 10 sq mtrs per litre on highly absorbent stone; up to 15 sq mtrs on less absorbent stone.

PRODUCT ADVICE:  Ensure under floor heating is turned off and allow floor to cool prior to application.  Test product for any colour change in an inconspicuous area before use.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:  Invert container before use - Ensure the area to be treated is clean and free from dust and dirt.  Dependant on the porosity of the stone apply 60-100ml per metre using a clean dry cloth, applicator, sponge, brush or roller.

Apply a thin, even coat over the area to be treated.  Allow 30 minutes before applying a second coat. Remove any access product with a clean dry cloth. Allow to dry before buffing with a clean dry cloth.

DRYING TIME:  Product should be touch dry after 1-2 hours, and fully cured within 24-36 hours
 
MAINTENANCE:  For increased protection, apply Terracotta Sealer.  For high gloss, apply  Terracotta Hi-Gloss Liquid Wax, and maintain with Terracotta  Cleaner & Maintainer.
