This Advanced Terracotta Sealer, bonds to the stone and applies a protective, hard wearing and extremely durable natural finish, enhances natural colours, and provides a protective coating, making the surface less vulnerable to staining.

Terracotta Sealer contains a unique blend of Acrylic Resins and Co-polymers.  Using the latest Advanced Resin-Technology™ it bonds to the stone and applies a protective, hard wearing and extremely durable natural sheen finish, that enhances worn, dull or rough textured Terracotta tiles, clay and quarry tiles.

Terracotta Sealer allows the stone to breathe naturally and assists in keeping the surface, free from daily dirt and grease build up, making cleaning and maintenance considerably easier.

For a high gloss finish, apply Terracotta High-Gloss Liquid Wax

COVERAGE:  Approx. 10 sq mtrs per litre on rough or highly absorbent stone; up to 25 sq mtrs on less absorbent stone or stone that has been pre treated with Terracotta Impregnator.

PRODUCT ADVICE:  Ensure under floor heating is turned off and allow floor to cool prior to application.  Test product for any colour change in an inconspicuous area before use.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:  Invert container before use - Ensure the area to be sealed is free from dirt, dust or grime. Apply using natural pad applicator, sponge, brush, mop or roller.

Apply an even coat of Terracotta Sealer 40-100ml per sq metre; 10-25 square metres per litre, allow to dry before applying a second or third coat, applying in opposite directions.

Wipe off any spills. Do not rush the application or air bubbles will appear, ensure to pass applicator slowly back over covered area to remove air bubbles. For a high gloss finish apply a minimum of 3 coats of   Terracotta Hi-Gloss Wax.

DRYING TIMES:  May vary from floor to floor.  Product should be touch dry after 1 hour and fully dry within 12 hours.  Allow 6-12 hours before standing furniture back on the treated floor.

MAINTENANCE:  Maintenance of your floor should be undertaken at regular intervals.  To maintain the surface sealer and finish, periodically apply 1-2 coats of Terracotta Sealer. For daily or routine cleaning use Terracotta Cleaner & Maintainer, for higher levels of hygiene use Anti Bacterial Floor Cleaner
